    Hi,
    I normally receive notifications and I can check the orders in WooCommerce app. But from yesterday, I got the notifications still, but orders are not showing in the app.
    I can see the orders from the website it is fine. But the app ?

    Hey @modolorist – that’s not ideal! Let’s see if we can help you.

    If you click on the gear icon top right, is the selected store the correct one? If not, can you switch the store?

    If that is correct, can you review the docs? Does any of the problems there sound familiar?

    If that doesn’t work, under the gear icon, you can select “Help & Support” and then “Contact Support”. That will put you touch with our mobile team. I hope that helps you!
