Orders not showing in the checkout Page. Need Help.

  • When I try to buy a product and go to checkout-pay, the ordered products and the payment option(paypal,direct bank) is not showing, only the billing address and the shipping adress.. When i go to order receive, the content show only “Thank you. Your order has been received.”
    Also in my payment gateway settings the contents are empty..just the metabox is shown..

    I messed up earlier deleting my woocommerce folder in my FTP client and uploading it back again..I think it is the cause of the problem..
    Should I deactivate my woocommerce plugin and re install a new one? Need help please..T_T

    Hard to say what is causing your issue but some things to try is switching to default 2011/2012 theme and re-test.

    I switch to 2011 theme but i got the same missing contents..
    What If I deactivate woocommerce plugin, and download/install a new woocommerce plugin, all of my products will removed?

    No, your products will not be deleted.

    I recommend you to use Duplicator plugin. It’s very useful to have backup like that before doing any changes.

    I deactivate and delete my woocommerce folder and install a new one, and my products are still there, and the payment options showed already but some interface and contents are misisng.. I try to use the Duplicator plugin and learn how to use its functions.. thanks guys!

    The order and payment is working fine, somehow the order information is not sending in the admin and cusotmer email address..
