Orders not showing in Shipstation Dashboard

    Hello,

    We just activated 1Team Software Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates for WooCommerce, but orders are not showing in the our Shipstation / we are unable to process the shipping / labels for this order.

    Free version of Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates does not handle exporting of the orders, it is only designed for live shipping rates.

    You can either install official ShipStation plugin or upgrade to PRO version of the plugin which has this feature:

    Hello,
    Thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate it.
    I would like to install the official Shipstation plugin as you advised and retain our Shipstation functions and dashboard.

    We are also using your “Shipping Packages For Woocommerce” plugin for some additional shipping rules in our store.

    If we install the official Shipstation Plugin, will the Shipping Packages for Woocommerce plugin and rules still function properly?
