    If I go into the back end and add a customer to an existing order, I want it to display in the customer’s account when they go to the my-account page but this is not happening. It doesn’t appear to matter what status I change it to. If I change it to pending payment, I was hoping that it would show in the customer account and they could continue to checkout from there. Does anyone know why the orders are not showing in the customer’s my account screen when I associate the order to the customer through admin? And can someone tell me if it is possible to somehow allow a customer to retry payment (that had previously failed) for an order that has already been fulfilled (e.g. I was hoping I could change the status of the order back to pending payment so they could go back to the my account screen and checkout from there)?

    Hi @angela2601. If you still need help with this, I hope my response helps.

    How are you assigning the order to the customer? Are you updating the Customer with a new email address and is that email address connected to a customer in Users?

    I tested this on my test site. Then when I logged in as the customer, I was able to go to my Orders and pay for the pending order.

    If that’s not working for you, please confirm that the customer is registered with an account in your store.
