Orders not recording; no test emails sent

    I am trying to use the PayPal Events plug-in, but I’m having the following problems:

    (1) No emails are being sent, including test emails through the Settings page, emails when in Sandbox mode, and emails when in Live mode;
    (2) No orders are being recorded, in neither Sandbox or Live mode.

    Can you please advise?
