Orders not recording

    Hi

    This used to work but now seems to have broken at some point ove rthe last few months.

    When paypal events are paid for the order shows correctly in Paypal Admin.
    However in WP Admin for Easy Paypal Events the Orders are no longer appearing. The IPN is set to enable and is also failing with an HTTP 403 error. I do not know if the two errors are related? Do I need to set IPN to enable for just simple recording of when Orders are placed?

    The ipn field in Paypal is set to
    Notification URL https://allaboutswing.co.uk/?mt_paypal_ipn=true
    Message delivery Enabled

    but I am unsure also if this is correct (or indeed needed)?

    I have read your docs but cannot see any answer there.

  • I am having a similar issue. my orders are not linking and there are no emails being generated. I am able to transfer and pay through paypal but the orders are not registering on my site through the plugin.

    Is this plugin no longer being supported as neither of 2 questions have been answered by developer?
