    Hello, we have a webshop with WooCommerce. We have a problem with the reports. The orders aren’t shown in the report. Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your report.

    As a first step, please try the following steps and see if this helps fix the problem:

    • Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown – then save the settings.
    • Navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and click on?Clear Analytics Cache.
    • Then?Import Historical Data.
