    For the past few days, I have noticed that the plugin has stopped working correctly. As a result, new orders are not being created, and the “PayerID” is not being generated as expected. This issue has had a significant impact on my business operations, and it is causing great concern, especially as I plan to transition from the sandbox environment to the live environment soon.

    I have not made any recent changes or updates to my website or the plugin configuration, which leads me to believe that the problem lies within the plugin itself.

    I kindly request your immediate attention to investigate this matter and provide a solution or guidance to address the issue. It is crucial for my business that orders are processed accurately, and the “PayerID” is generated reliably.

    Hi, Is your website running in test mode? Do you have the debug option enabled in the plugin?

    Thank you so much for your quick response.

    Yes, I have enabled plugin debug mode, but nothing comes up there.
    Yes, the website is in test mode (sandbox).

    Thanks. IPNs often stop working in sandbox/test mode. If that happens new purchases will not be processed by the plugin.

    Hello Noor,

    Okay, so is there any chance that it could function in a sandbox?
    Or could it have a real-world impact?

    Or do we have a sandbox solution for it? Because staging/sandbox is required to verify setup and test order flows, it should function.
    So if you have any suggestions, just let me know.

    It will not prevent you from receiving payments in your PayPal account. Only orders will not be added to the plugin because it cannot communicate with PayPal.

    Dear Noor,

    Sorry for delay response.

    Yes, we got paid on our PayPal account, but because of that, we can’t do other things like email clients congratulations or mail about the things they bought from us, etc.

    We therefore require its success.

    How exactly did you reassure me that it would function properly on a live or production server?
