Orders not changing from Pending payment

    I am using the WooCommerce Payfast Gateway to facilate payments on an online store I am managing. Funds are being received in the PayFast wallet however the WooCommerce orders are not updating to Processing. I have called PayFast offices and the integrations team have confirmed that ITN’s are being sent back.

    Hi @hirensoni108

    There could be several reasons for this issue. One possibility could be that the ITN response from PayFast is not being correctly received or processed by your WooCommerce store. It might be due to a configuration issue, a compatibility issue with another plugin, or even a server-side issue.

    First, can you please increase PHP Post Max Size from 64 MB to 2 GB, PHP Time Limit from 300 to 1200, and PHP Max Input Vars from 1000 to 6144?

    Second, Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with the operation of WooCommerce or the PayFast Gateway plugin. Try disabling other plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the issue. You can find a detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.

    If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
