    It appears we may be having a similiar issue to others… ?

    Our Fullfillment/Shipping teams – are seeing orders come in SS. They open order(s). They box up, create tracking and complete. That’s where the issue occurs. The completed/status is NOT going back into WooCommerce and updating the orders.

    Orders are piling up.
    We are using the newer plugin: Version 4.4.1

    Do we wait? Revert to working?

    OTHER CONCERNS:
    Are customers receiving order updates? Tracking info? What happens when this is resolved? Will it catch up in batch? Will all customers get another email? (We want to stay ahead of any issues ??

    Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We have already reported it to our developer team and this will be fixed as soon as possible.

    Do we wait? Revert to working?

    You can roll back to a previous version while we work on this. Please let us know if the issue persists even after rolling back.

    You can use a plugin such as WP Rollback to help you with this process. You can find the plugin here.

    Some extra information regarding this:

    If you decide to roll back and find that the problem persists, it’s worth exploring the option of doing a manual push from ShipStation.com. You may want to reach out to ShipStation directly for further assistance on how to proceed with a manual push.

    Another possibility, if manual intervention is required, is to manually update the order status to “Completed” on WooCommerce to ensure the process moves forward smoothly.

    Additionally, if you’re using the Shipment Tracking extension, please note that the tracking number might not have been transferred back to your shop as well. In case downgrading or a manual push from ShipStation.com doesn’t resolve the issue, you may also need to add this tracking information manually.

    I think the most pressing question is what happens after it is resolved.
    We DID manage to Rollback the plugin and it is working again.
    The orders have NOT updated (a couple of hundred).

    Perhaps there is a sync or refresh or re-sync option to catch those orders up?

    You guys are the experts, so ANY instructions would be great!

    Perhaps there is a sync or refresh or re-sync option to catch those orders up?

    Unfortunately, there is no automatic sync or refresh option available to catch up on those orders. However, you can manually update the status of these orders to “Completed” in WooCommerce. This should ensure that your process moves forward smoothly.
