I have issues with many orders going into on hold and never processing when the new payment needs to be charged. Also how are people putting in manual renewals? Thanks!

Please check the order note section why the orders went to on-hold. Please let us know if you find any issues.

Is there a way to get these payments processed? They are not getting emails to state that the payment has not been made. Do I have to do something on my end to charge these subscription orders?

After this below they get cancelled due to non payment.

Order #21207 created to record renewal.

    Hi @dsloan41

Which payment gateway you are using to process recurring billing.?
Please contact through Skype @ mark_35997 so I can check in your website.

I do not have Skype. The payment gateway is either Stripe or PayPal. Most of them are Stripe. I have noticed several PayPal as manual renewal although I am not sure how clients have set it up this way. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. My subscriptions are being sent to the customer. I wish they were sent to Paypal automatically. Where do I set this?
    Thanks,

This problem may be due to WooCommerce Inventory feature which by default cancel orders that remain in pending status for more than the specified time. This can be solved by

    Disabling the Manage Stock and/or

Delete the specified time interval under Hold stock (minutes) field (set to 60 min interval by default by WooCommerce)

These options are available under the “WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory”.

Unless you are using the stock management there is no reason to enable the Manage Stock options under inventory. Even if you enable it make sure that default time interval is removed. This will allow the payment gateway vendors like Paypal or Stripe to process the payment automatically as per the vendor configurations without conflicting with the default setting.

I just changed that as we do not deal with any stock accounting on our website. I hope this works. Now is there a way to get the orders that have cancelled to be active again or do I need to have the cutomer set up a new subscription?
    Thank you

if I change the Billing Schedule Details to the next day and make the subscription Active will it charge?
Also it keeps changing the time that I put in for next payment.
    Thanks!

I made the recommended changes (Woocommerce >> Products> Inventory and unchecked “Allow inventory management” and “Keep inventory (minutes)” empty.
I use the “Allow purchase of subscription products and standard products together” option. Use Paypal standard. The first (initial) order is made correctly with all products together.
But even so, recurring signatures are sent to the “Customer Payment Page” for approval in your “My Account”. I need it to send directly to Paypal. The recurring signatures are not being sent to Paypal, I checked the LOG. I force a new recurring payment on “Create pending renewal order”, but it does not send to Paypal.
I am in Brazil and I speak Portuguese and Spanish. My english is very bad. If you want to log into my computer via Teamviwer just let me know that we have set an appointment. Thank you very much.

Where do I find this default time interval? I was able to remove the enable stock management check mark. This has not fixed it and I can not find the default time interval section.
I also attempted to Skype but not sure I did that correctly. I left a message on it. Thank you.
