    For some reason we have had increasing amount of orders where shipping method is not selected at all. We use cart value calculation to switch between fixed price or free price. Inside the order has been calculated correctly but the order listing misses the grey text of shipping method. We use the same shipping company so the missing method has not been too serious but we are about to add others so this needs to sorted. In my screenshot is same user, same device but different date. The shipping price is also the same (free) for both orders.

    This environment I cannot duplicate for debugging so I have work with live site.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble and happy to help!

    Would you please provide a bit more details about how the shipping is currently setup? Do you use Flat Rate shipping or any of the shipping extensions? If you could send a link to your site, it will be helpful as well (I couldn’t open a screenshot you sent).
