Hello, on two of our stores the analytics is incorrect. Orders are missing or are shown on the wrong date (on date of status update instead of order date).

I cleared analytics cache and imported data again, but it makes no difference.

  • Hi @kajahal

We understand the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the analytics on your stores.

There could be a few possible reasons for the discrepancies in your analytics data.

First, I recommend verifying that your WordPress and WooCommerce installations are both set to the correct time zone. This is important because WooCommerce uses the WordPress time zone setting for its operations.

Secondly, ensure that you’re running the latest version of WooCommerce.

Finally, try running a conflict test. You can find a more detailed explanation f how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting us directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support so that we can take a closer look, and assist you further.

You will need to create an account if you do not have one already.

    Cheers!
