    Hi WeDev.Africa,
    There might be a conflict with Dokan, your site theme, or another plugin. To troubleshoot:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except Dokan, Dokan Vendor Dashboard, and WooCommerce.
    2. If the issue persists, switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    3. Clear site and browser cache, then retry.
    4. You can perform the conflict test following this forum reply also.

    If resolved, it indicates a theme or plugin conflict. Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

    Done that already. Still the same issue. Dokan support confirmed that this is a known issue and since it is a fairly “new” tool we must be patient until Dokan decides to maybe release a new update one day

    Thanks for your response. If you have received the confirmation about this issue being known, kindly continue with the default vendor dashboard for now. Once the vendor dashboard plugin gets to a stable version, you may explore that.
