Orders Marked As Pending Payment

Hello
We are using your plugin with Woocommerce 2.4.12 and every successfully paid order is marked as pending payment in the Woocommerce orders area. We don’t receive order emails as a result and neither does the customer.
Orders via Cash/Cheque process correctly.
Is there a line of code I can change to automatically mark orders made using your plugin as Processing instead of Pending Payment?
