Orders from woocommerce are not showing in the default Analytics page on WordPress. Please help me to fix this.

Here is what I have done in trying to solve the problem so far.

    I Navigated to?Analytics?→?Settings, scrolled down to?Date type?, and selected?Date Created?on the dropdown:

    • Navigated to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and clicked on?Clear Analytics Cache
    • Upon importing historical data, the status remains at Importing orders and nothing is happening.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello princechiramba,

    Thank you for your reply.

Have you tried importing historical data after installing the WP Crontrol plugin?
If not, please try that and let me know if that triggers any notices in the WP Crontrol.
I want to check whether the “import_batch” actions run successfully or fail.

Lastly, click on the “Complete” link in this screenshot and check when the last action was completed.
I am trying to check if there are any recent actions marked completed.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hello princechiramba,

    Thank you for your reply.

Since the last completed action was 2024-09-03 this suggests the WP-Cron issue started about 4 months ago. Normally an active website should have events every day.

Have you noticed any other issues with the website?
I recommend you contact your host and ask if there is a problem on the server side that might have affected the WP-Cron function.

Let me know what they say. Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Best regards.
