Orders from woocommerce are not showing in the default Analytics page on WordPress. Please help me to fix this.
Here is what I have done in trying to solve the problem so far.
I Navigated to?Analytics?→?Settings, scrolled down to?Date type?, and selected?Date Created?on the dropdown:
- Navigated to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools, and clicked on?Clear Analytics Cache
- Upon importing historical data, the status remains at Importing orders and nothing is happening.

Hi there!
I can understand you are facing issue related to orders ar enot appearing in analytics. To assist you furtther can you please try the following?- Clear your site cache
- Navigate to?Analytics > Settings
- Go to the section “Import Historical Data“, select “All” and UNCHECK the box to “Skip previously imported customers and orders“
- Click Start
Does that make a difference? If it’s still not working, check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if there are any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.
If that does not work, ?I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your?System Status Report?that you can find via?WooCommerce > Status
. Select?Get system report
?and then?Copy for support
. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Thanks!

@princechiramba Please do not paste data logs like that on this site. It just makes a ruined mess.
Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so.
If you need share that data please use https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/ or the like instead and post the link to that paste.
Okay. So what is the solution or way forward?
The person who is supporting you asked for log data.

Hi @princechiramba,
Thanks for providing all the details. After reviewing your report, I noticed that your site has several unnecessary plugins. I recommend deactivating and uninstalling any plugins you’re not currently using.
Additionally, I observed that your theme has a lot of outdated templates. To troubleshoot, please create a staging site, switch to the Storefront theme, and then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Analytics (or WooCommerce Settings > General). Ensure that options like orders, products, and revenue are enabled for tracking in the analytics dashboard.
Lastly, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on the ‘Clear Analytics Cache‘ button to reset and refresh your analytics data.
While using the Storefront theme and with unused plugins deactivated, please check if the issue persists.
Hi,
I have thoroughly followed all steps but there is no change. It is still not working.
I have deactivated unncecessary plugins, Installed and activated the Storefront plugin, applied all settings and cleared analytics cache. None of that works.
Here is a link to the staging site that I have created. https://staging2.kcfurn.com/
Please help.
My main concern is that upon importing historical data, the progress wheel keeps moving yet nothing will be happening, the import will be stuck. I am sure if we fix the importing of data, the problem will be solved or easy to solve at least. Please see screenshot of the settings page on the “Import Historical Data” section. https://prnt.sc/YDK7qMaGYuQB
Hi @princechiramba,
Thank you for completing the steps. I’ve reviewed the staging site, and it appears to be a conflict, either between the active plugins or an issue with your server resources.
Let’s try one more step to pinpoint the problem. On the staging site, please deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and ensure the Storefront theme is installed. Also, delete any other themes on the site.
This means your staging site will only have the Storefront theme active, with WooCommerce as the sole plugin. After that, try importing in incognito mode and let me know the results.
Thank you Moses,
I have followed all steps and its still not working.
The steps that I followed are as follows:
I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and ensured that the Storefront theme was installed. I also deleted other themes on the staging site and then imported in incognito mode—none of that work.
Please help.
Hello princechiramba,
Thank you for your reply.
The Scheduled Actions page screenshot shows you have many past-due actions.
I suspect this might be causing issues with importing historical data process.Could you go to Scheduled Actions again, search for “import_batch,” and sort the list by Scheduled Date so that the latest items appear at the top?
Share a full-page screenshot with me so I can inspect it further.
Here is an example screenshot:Looking forward to your response. ??
Best regards.
Thank you Zubair,
I have followed your instructions and here is a screenshot of the Scheduled Actions page as requested. https://prnt.sc/kbrqKtAR2vrc
Please help.
Hello princechiramba,
Thank you for your reply.
I checked your screenshot and noticed that the “import_batch” actions are either pending or canceled.
This indicates that there is something wrong with the scheduled actions. If we simply open the Scheduled Actions page and do not search for anything, do you see any actions with Complete status? I want to check if other actions are working properly.
To investigate this issue further, I suggest you install the WP Crontrol plugin.
This plugin will show detailed notifications if there is anything wrong with the WP-Cron.Please share screenshots of your findings.
Best regards.
Hello Zubair,
Yes, there about 555561 complete actions on the Actions Scheduled actions. Here is a screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/B_GyEuu_lgWp
I have installed the WP Control plugin and here is a screenshot from the Cron events page: https://prnt.sc/040a9MNLsuhI and here is a screenshot from the Cron Schedules page: https://prnt.sc/QcggsS8pbeBC
Please help.
