Orders filtered by Shipping / Billing country ?

    Hi there!

    I was recently researching some information about being able to filter orders in Woocommerce by country. I saw different alternatives like this plugin and was also researching this post.
    However, when I was trying to test the code in a hidden clone of my website, I realized that, while my main website has the following order filters ( Dates / registered customer / status ) (I’m guessing Woo default filters), the test site also had filters by billing and shipping countries.
    I’ve checked and it doesn’t look like there are major differences between the sites as the test is cloned from the main one.

    Main site is WC 6.4.1 and test site is 6.3.1 but I don’t think that has anything to do with it.

    Sorry if this is a basic question but I can’t find any information on these filters, and I’m confused why one site has them and the other not.
    am I missing something, how can I filter orders by billing / shipping country in my main side?

    any help would be greatly appreciated

    I understand the production site and the staging site are running different versions of WooCommerce, as a general recommendation be sure they are exactly the same when making your test, then you can let us know how the test goes.

    For staging sites we recommend: WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Regarding the orders, you can use the plugin: Admin Custom Order Fields, to add new fields to your orders and then you can filter them on your order’s dashboard:

    Hi Igor!

    Thanks for the quick response.

    No we don’t have a production / staging site, we have our main site and then we made a clone on another domain that is not indexed just to see how the changes look on a live domain.

    We used WP-import to import the changes and we barely did any change on the test site.

    While I don’t mind using the add-on if that is the only option at the moment. It just confuses me that 2 sites that are almost the same, one has the functionality that I’m looking for and the other one doesn’t. If anyone has any information I highly appreciate it, I feel like I’m missing something.

    Thank you for the screenshots.
    It seems that you have different “Screen Options” settings on each site.
    To view the “Billing” and “Ship to” columns on the Orders page of your main site please follow these steps:

    • Select Screen Options in the top right corner.
    • Select which Columns to show.
    • Then Apply.
