Orders failing

The error you provided is the frontend error that is very generic. To get more details information you will need to activate “Logging” in the plugin settings. After this any error you see on the frontend will also generate more complex logs in the plugin logs that you can find here:
– WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

If you need further assistance, please let us know what the logs say and we can hopefully advise you on what is needed to get this resolved.

sorry for the slow response. I have reviewed the logs and there is no entry there that indicates any issue with the plugin. These logs will not help me identify the problem.
– Have any orders had the same issue since you activated logging (during the time these logs were generated)?
– Can you tell us what the notes in the failed orders are showing?
