Orders duplicated

Hi,
I’m having some problems with my woocommerce.
I have to kinds of problems:
– there are some orders that are not recorded in the “order section”.
– there are three orders who have the same order number.
For example: order #9621 is made from two different person in different time, but is recorded with this number.

How can I solve this problem?
