Orders don’t match analytics

    If I go to the orders tab in WooCommerce, I can see that since March 1, I’ve had 13 orders. (one of them this morning). However, if I go to Analytics, it says I only have three orders. And they are random. One is from the 1st, one from the 4th and another from the 7th. But there are many before, after and in between.

    Any idea what settings I can change or how to show them all in the analytics? I’ve looked at many of these same questions and there is never a solution that I see that works.

    I’ve done the steps that I’ve seen mentioned

    • Tried to clear cache on Woocommerce Status > Tools
    • Also went into settings and ticked the processing box

    I was hoping that they would magically appear. But alas they are still missing in analytics.

    Can you try to import “Import Historical Data” from WP Admin → Analytics → Settings?

    1. I had already imported historical data before I asked for help, so is that possibly why it says there isn’t any data to import?

    I did have to fix something in the last week of February about my client not getting her notifications of sales, but I did fix that (but I’d have to think about what I did).

    Yes, I did that step as well as the others to see if the orders would show up before I asked for help. Can you think of any other reason the analytics isn’t showing the orders? Today I note we have 20 orders for March, but analytics says we have six. I’ve got two screenshots for you. What else can I look at? The ones they include are so random.

    Hello, I figured out what it was. Analytics – Settings. There is a drop down asking for Date Type and we hadn’t specified. As soon as I chose “date received”, they all came in. Why it was never needed before and why it shows some and not all isn’t clear. But it is working now.
