    Hello!

We having issues getting orders completed. Everything works like usual until the checkout page. After adding cc info, the page just shows a loading icon and this loading screen stays forever. The order itself does not get fully processed.

WP core, theme, and plugins are all updated. Hosting is WP Engine. Last successful processed order was April 1.

    Here is screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/DnHP2Rh

Lastly, I did check the logs and saw this: 2024-04-05T19:25:22+00:00 Critical Uncaught Error: Unknown named parameter $interval in /nas/content/live/loveshack/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:324

    Please advise.

    Hi there @tsbweb,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with order completion.

Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the issue further:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
    2. If the issue remains after deactivating all plugins, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if your theme might be causing the issue.

You can find more details on how to run a conflict test from this guide here.

Let us know if this helps.

    Hello!

Thank you for your feedback. It looks like there was conflict from the WP Optimize plugin. However, only using PayPal (pop up window) only works and not the Advanced Card Processing (from PayPal). When trying to use ACP, it still just circles like before.

    Please advise.

    Hello again @tsbweb,

Thanks for sharing an update on this.

Could you kindly confirm if this also happens when you switch your theme to a default theme like Storefront?

In the meantime, I’d like to take a closer look at your site setup. Please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Also check for any Fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Looking forward to assisting you further.

Hello! Upon further testing, the issue was a conflict with another plugin: WP-Optimize. After disabling, the payment went through no problem. Thank you for your help!
