    Hi. A volunteer suggested I ask my question in this forum. I have recently migrated from wix and just made my wordpress site live. I had 2 orders right away, but they cancelled soon after they were placed. The customer used Amazon pay. I had run a test order myself which processed fine through Amazon. Other people seem to have this problem with paypal, but I can’t find any help that is Amazon specific. Running through info to make sure I have everything, but as this is new I could easily be overlooking things. Any advice is appreciate BTW- the orders never showed up on my Amazon order report.

    Hi there!

    Can you tell me specifically what Amazon Pay plugin you are using?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    We’ll need that information to help point you in the right direction.
