    Hi,

    Over the last 2 weeks, we’ve been experience duplicate orders. The customers put in their billing & card details and place the order but no confirmation message or redirect takes place. An admin order notification does get generated and the card is charged. As far as the customer is aware the order didn’t go through. This is happening sporadically and not with every order.

    I turned on the stripe debug mode a few days back, I can share a some logs if you like?

    Nothing has really changed with the website and the plugins, theme (a storefront child) & core are update to date.

    For one of those specific orders, could you please go into that order and share a screenshot of the full order page including the order notes section, redacting any sensitive or personal information.

    That will give us a better understanding of what is happening here.

    Thanks for the additional screenshot.

    At the moment it doesn’t appear clear why these duplicate orders are being created.

    Could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    If you can also include the Stripe logs you mentioned and your site’s System Status Report, that would be a great help.
