    Hi there everyone!

    We noticed that many orders are being cancelled when we view them on the backend side of WooCommerce (where all the orders are located).

    When we go and click the order they say “orders cancelled, customer timed out”

    What does that mean and is there anyway we can avoid this?

    Like the other thread you opened with us, we need to see logs and/or order notes to understand why this occurs. It sounds like the customer didn’t go through with the purchase, but we would need more details and possibly take a look at the checkout process in order to know if this was caused by an issue with PayPal or if there is possibly some conflict or misconfiguration on your site.
