    Hi,

    Our client is experiencing issues with ShipStation. He mentioned that ShipStation is having problems with real-time communication/updates from their website. So, orders aren’t being sent out in time.

    Can you please help in resolving this issue?

    This issue could be due to a few reasons such as a delay in the synchronization between WooCommerce and ShipStation or a problem with the server’s communication.

    For better assistance, can you provide more details, such as:

    • Is this happening for specif order or all orders?
    • Did you noticed any error?
    • Did you check the order status in WooCommerce and compare it to the status in ShipStation?
    • Are all your plugins and WordPress updated?
    • Did you updated website URL or updated API credentials?

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
