Orders are not sorted from the most recent one

    Hello there,

    Since the WooCommerce version 6.9.3 or 6.9.4 (I am not quite sure) orders in the backend are displayed (this URL /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order) from the oldest to the most recent one.

    Why is that?

    It is so annoying to reorder them every time you want go there.

    It happened to all 32 websites I am managing.

    I was thinking that there may be some new option added by you so you can configure that from settings, but I was not able to find anything out.

    This is even happening on the staging website with only WooCommerce enabled and storefront as theme being used.

    Am I missing something?

    I understand that the orders on your site are not displaying chronologically.

    As a first step, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
