    Firstly congratulations on the plugin, it is fantastic.

    For the first time, I’m using the plugin’s webhook feature to send abandoned cart notifications via WhatsApp.

    I noticed that orders retrieved using the checkout link that we sent via webhook to WhatsApp do not appear in the list of retrieved orders.

    The plugin’s panel also does not record the amounts recovered from these requests or the recovery rate.

    Is there anything I can do to get the panel to show this data?

    Hello @rnmariano,

    We do not have any plugin settings that affect this. The checkout link won’t change regardless of any webhook you use or the link from the recovery email. Please make sure the details are being shown on the WooCommerce orders page. Let us know your findings and share screenshots or a screen recording so that we can understand more and answer you accurately.
