Orders are not displayed/notified

  • Hi,

    At least 2 clients have made orders in my website through Woocommerce selecting “Direct Bank Transfer” and I have only noticed it because I received the bank transfers.

    I have no notification of the order in Woocommerce, so I don’t have the invoice, nor items bought nor shipping address.

    Please, help!

    These orders would be ‘on hold’ in the backend, and notify like normal. Do a test order if you are concerned, and note the ID. The client wouldn’t have seen the transfer details + order ID if the order did not exist.
