Orders are missing after import

    Hi

    I have imported all the orders from CSV using the import and they were imported with new order id. Before Import it was 4467 and after the import it was 4678 yesterday all the orders were showing with new order id. Now after cross checking today all the new orders which were added yesterday after the import are gone.

    I am not sure what has happened.

    Hi @saip1540,

    We have tested this on our test sites and couldn’t replicate the issue. The orders will not be automatically deleted from the site after import. Could you please try creating orders on your site manually and check if those orders are automatically removed or not?

    I have found the issue. Due to some issue in the server he had reuploaded the backup of yesterday due to which the orders list were removed.
