    hi
it happens to often that a customer is trying to place an order and while they go to paypal to complete payment they end up paying for different products- they only see that when they are prompted back to the confirmation page on the website and see completely different products on their order record. its a bizarre error that has costed us a lot of work when we had sale- we had to manually cancel and refund multiple orders. also, shipping costs are often lost during paypal checkout. somehow theyre not transferred onto the payment site. this errors are seriously messing up with our business and customers trust. makes us look like rookies.

    please advice
    thanks

I’m sorry to hear that! I see that you opened another thread with a PayPal issue and both of them sounds like a weird caching problem to me.

Do you use server-side caching on your site or a caching plugin? Can you _replicate_ the issue when trying to place a test order on your site?

    Hi there @plantcircle,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
