it happens to often that a customer is trying to place an order and while they go to paypal to complete payment they end up paying for different products- they only see that when they are prompted back to the confirmation page on the website and see completely different products on their order record. its a bizarre error that has costed us a lot of work when we had sale- we had to manually cancel and refund multiple orders. also, shipping costs are often lost during paypal checkout. somehow theyre not transferred onto the payment site. this errors are seriously messing up with our business and customers trust. makes us look like rookies.please advice
