    @apapadakis we will check it on our end. Please make sure you have turned ON custom queries from WP Sort Order settings.

    Also mention the plugin you are using for custom queries.

    There is no plugin for custom taxonomy, it is registered in PHP code.

    @apapadakis thank you for pointing out this issue. Screenshot helped us to know about the undefined offset error. Please try the updated version and let us know how does it work for you?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, the problem remains. The “undefined offset” warning has gone, but the ordering does not work.

    The drag n drop works fine, but after page refresh, nothing has changed. So I guess that has to do with the DB.

    Just to note that I had installed the “Intuitive Custom Post Order” plugin, and after I removed it the WP Sort Order stopped working for custom taxonomy.
