Ordering link Images

I have downloaded Ultimate Tiny MC Plug in – thanks for the tip – but when it is in action (I am in visual editor) the cursor only goes to two thirds of the page and it seems a bit random where the images land regardless of if I a number of rows for a table?https://deardot.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=364&action=edit&message=6
