    Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

    The issue here is that you are using some sorting as default in the Woo. Try to switch it back to the default value and then test it.

    We meant the Woo sorting by default – https://prnt.sc/oW-dZ57vUEED if there are any other values than “default” set, it can cause conflict. Or any other plugin, theme, or even custom code on your site that sorts your posts on the page.

    Oh, I didn’t even realize that, yor message was unclear that I need to look there. Anyway, it is set the default and my theme doesn’t have any code that might change product sorting/query

    FYI, When I change themes the options in the plugin General tab are being reset. For example: I have set the field “HTML id or class of the Posts Container” with this value: “.elementor-widget-loop-grid > .elementor-widget-container”
    If I change the theme it will go back to “.page-content”, it happend to me on number of different occasions while working on this site and I changed the theme maybe once or twice so I’m sure this is happening on other events which is pretty annoying.

    Here is what you can do in order to find the root of the issue. Use any local server and install the clean WP. Install only WooCommerce and our plugin with the default let’s say 2021 theme (as it still has widgets). Make a sorting widget and test it if everything will work and it will work. Then add one-by-one plugins, and theme, from your site and test it with every new plugin added, so you can find which one is causing issues.

    Indeed you were right, the plugin “Simple Custom Post Order” was causing this issue, changed to “Post Types Order” which has a toggle for that in its settings.
