If I understand this correctly, you sell a digital service and want the customer to enter their site’s URL.

You can achieve this with a digital variation product and ask customers to add the URL in the order notes.


Alternatively, you can use of of these extensions:

Can you please share what Gravity Forms are you using here as we only support the premium plugin Gravity Forms Product Add-ons?

I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
