OrderBy Category?

    I may have made a taxonomy error but thought I’d check here before going too wild on recategorizing.

    Right now, I have a category structure that is:

    > Retail items
    > Retail items on sale

    I’d like to display a gallery that has the non-sale items first. Is this possible the way I have categorized?
