    hey Team, after the update to 9.0 i have an issue with the weight of my order. If i try to create an shipping label it always has the wrong weight. For example 1kg is 10kg, 3,2 kg is 32 kg. Had same issue with shipping costs. 4,99 euros was 499€. Could fix the problem with the shippinz costs but not with the weight. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand about the issues you’ve been experiencing with the weight calculations on your shipping labels after updating to WooCommerce 9.0. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have.

    As you’ve described, you were able to fix the issue with the shipping cost, but not the weight. In order to rule out any possible conflicts with your theme/plugins, could you please create a staging site and try running a conflict test as described in this guide here.

    Please be sure to have a full site backup before proceeding further.

    Thanks for replying so fast! I created a staging site and ran an conflict test but still the weight was wrong. I did actually find the mistake. It was the same mistake as the weight calculations. Under Germanized the weight was 0.14 kg for a package but the system created a label with 10,4 kg. So i guess after the update to 9.0 there is some kind of error with that?
