Order Variation Details in Admin Using Very Light Font Color

Encountered a weird issue where the product details for orders in the admin (sku, variation, etc.) – but not the product name itself – are in a very light and hard to read #c8c8c8 font color.
– Switched to default WP theme and same result so it’s not theme related.
– Disabled every plugin except WooCommerce so it can’t be plugin related.Inspecting the text shows the CSS style is coming from admin.css with no overriding that I can see.
On the same page, the x next to the Qty amount and any icons in this area (pencil, X) are in the same color. Any ideas on this?
