Order Tracking PlugIn – know of any?

Hi there,
We need to build or add on to an application that would allow us to take our guests’ orders for ski lift tickets, ski rentals, transportation services from the airport to the resort, private lessons on the mountain. it will be an internal tool. Needs to be customizable to enter rates for different seasons of tickets, and types of rentals and private lessons and then a back end where we can search for orders and mark them as paid. Credit card processing will be done by another system we have.

anyone have any ideas if there is a Word Press plug in that we could customize? we use word press for our website: winterparklodgingco.com.
