Order total taxes not showing

Hello. I have problems getting the order total taxes to display. The “Order Total Tax Amount” always shows 0 and the “Order Total Amount without Tax” shows the total amount with tax. My tax settings are set to be inclusive of the price. The Product order item taxes show correctly so the issue is only with the totals. Any ideas what could be wrong?
Additional question for later. I plan to get the Pro version because of the scheduled jobs. The idea is to immediately send a CSV when a new order comes in. Is it possible to grab the latest order somehow? Also is it possible to set so that it’s marked somehow so it’s not sent again? Thanks!
