Order total showing $0 on font end

  • Hello
    I am using a latest version of woocommerce plugin. i have account fund plugin latest version too. my customer making payment using account fund and they seeing order total $o.

    since shop page>cart page>checkout page showing fine with price and numbers. but once customer select account fund as payment method and clicking “place order” button then thank you step says order total $0.

    I have googled a lot of time but nowhere the exact solution found. i am also using flatsome theme latest version. everything is up to date and my other payment method working fine.

    only when they submit order using account fund it appearing $0 as order total. my admin side showing correctly.

  • Hi Diganto24- My apologies for posting here on your query, but you had earlier faced an issue with WooCommerce plugin, when redirecting to the payment gateway, which gave an error: This order’s status is “Pending payment”—it cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance. I am facing exactly the same error currently on my website, and if you could share what caused this issue, and how did you resolve this, I would be very grateful. It is very critical for me that I resolve this asap, as I am facing an urgent deadline. I have not been able to find any resolution during my research.

    Wordpress is a wonderful platform, where we can share our learnings with each other, and help each other. I really hope you can help me out in this difficult situation.
