order total recalculation tax not added

  • When I edit an order, add/remove a product, recalcuation of the tax is working but when finally recalculate the total the tax not added.
    My setup:
    -tax calculation is enabled
    – add gross price is setup
    – show gross price everywhere
    Additional information: when I edit an order the net price is showed per line.
    Have someone experience with this?

    As you can see the prices and shipping is calculated but tax is not added.

    There is no tax column – did you click calc taxes button yet? Add a shipping address and retry.

    Mike, sorry for the language:
    the tax is called “áfa”. If I click to add TAX button, I can choose this called “áfa”, but it stay as it, nothing modified.
    If I add a new product, click on “recalculate tax”, the new tax calculated, the new price calculated including prices and shipping (Szállítás) but not including tax (áfa), see here:

    Additional info: I have setup “tax calculated based on shop address”.

    Prices never include tax in backend. It’s always excl.

    Add shipping address, there was a bug in past which required that even if using shop base taxes.

    I have modified the shipping address (Szállítási adatok) to a valid address, than recalculated the total, still no luck, see below (showed the format of the shipping details):

    This might be a 2.5 bug if the column won’t appear. 2.6 is out later today if you want to test that? I recall an issue choosing the correct tax base in backend with some setups which was fixed.

    2.6 should be released today, so when you update (check extensions are compatible first!) you can get back to us if it works ??

    No luck, still not add the tax to the total after add new product to an order. Shipping details is set (set to same as Billing details).
    Sorry for late, but the new shipping method is suprised me. ??

    Here they are. Take a second snapshot regarding the tax add (áfa).
    Tax recalculation works fine.
    Total recalculation also works fine regarding products and shipping.
    But tax not added to total.

    O, you did calc totals after calc tax didn’t you? Both are needed.
