    Hi,

    I have a problem which I hope you can help me sort out.

    When having added a product to the cart and navigating to checkout, changing the shipping method does not affect the order total. The same applies to the cart when generating an order total.

    Furthermore, when changing the shipping method in the cart and going to checkout, the shipping method changes back to the previously selected. It seems like you can’t change the shipping method at all.

    I am using Elementor with Astra theme.

    I am using Elementor with Astra theme.

    Usually the shipping options are updated when the shipping information is entered.

    I wasn’t able to see any shipping options options on your site:

    As you can see from the screenshot, some JavaScript errors are present, so this is likely caused by a plugin/theme conflict and not by your shipping methods.

    The best way to determine whether that is the case is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test whether shipping options are updated like this:

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
