order status updation

    as soon as the shipment is picked up by Shiprocket my order status automatically changes to completed

    Hello Sir,

    I understand that your order status is automatically changing to completed as soon as it is shipped.

    This status change is being done by shiprocket itself. Please refer this screenshot:

    To solve this issue, please turn off “Push Order Status” feature from your channel settings.
