    Hi, we are facing an issue with some of our orders getting stuck at “Pending Payment” but the order is received at Svea. This happens for some orders and for some orders it works fine. We have the latest version of WooCommerce and Svea plugin. Can you help us out as it is quite annoying for our customers and requires a lot of manual work?

    Hi,

    This usually happens if the website encounters errors when Svea is communicating with the store. Do you have access to any fatal-errors-logs which could indicate if the store throws any errors?

    I have enabled the svea plugin logs but don’t know where I can see them? Can you guide me where I can see the logs?

    Hi,

    Logs can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If the logs aren’t appearing you could need to turn them on via the setting “Logger, enable logging” under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Settings

    I am receiving such kind of errors in the Svea logging, below is one example. I can provide detailed log if there is any email id where I can send them.

    Hi,

    That is’t necessarily an issue and could all be fine. However if you’d like to send the complete logs you could do so to [email protected]. You can write in Swedish or English.
