Order Status Set To Processing

When an order is placed for an event on my site, the order status is being set to Processing and not Completed.
I have other products in my WooCommerce store that are set to either normal or downloadable products. These products can be checked out and are then set to Completed.
I am using Stripe in a test environment. Stipe is sending the ping via their webhook to complete the order because other products would also be failing to complete. It just seems to be the events.
I have checked ‘virtual’ products too. I wrote some code that would set ‘virtual’ products to have an order status of ‘Completed’ and this code works just fine, but not with the events.
Please can you help?!?!
