  • What do you mean “Is this due to the staging”? Do you mean it was a plugin conflict?

    We’re having the same issue here. We don’t have that plugin though

    I suspect the plugin has prevented the connection from Mollie to WP. As a result, the status could not be updated after successful payment. It works perfectly in the live version.

    Same issue here
    the status remains “Pending payment” after a successful order and payment. Therefore mails are not being generated

    Hello

    Orders are typically updated in your system only after a webhook is received.

    If there’s any issue with the reception of the webhook, the orders will not update to reflect the successful payment. It’s essential to check whether the webhooks are being received.
