• The site has been working fine using paypal standard until the 14th Feb when 2 orders came in with status

    “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending Payment to Cancelled.”

    I read that this was because in woocommerce > settings > products > inventory – I need to uncheck “stock management” and remove any value from the “Hold Stock” field.

    After doing this I have tested the site again but now the orders go through as “Pending Payment” despite me having made a successful paymeny at Paypal.

    Any ideas please?

    Yes I was. It was that the API information from paypal had not been completed fully.
