Order status pending even after Paypal IPN

Hello,

I have many orders per day on my digital download website and the problem is and has been for some time now, on bundled products the order never changes to complete and doesn’t finalize the order.

We have been manually changing order status to complete for some time and we just realized its only on bundle product types that requires us to manually complete.

Help on this would be of great help.
