Order status not updating

  • After a successful payment the order status is not updating as it did from payment pending to processing though the payment has sucessfully passed via our gateway provide zeamster

    Subsequently i guess it times out and then updates to cancelled

    any advice please

    Hello @gorhad,

    Just to make sure if I understand this correctly, your customers are paying for an order but the order status is not changing.

    Generally speaking, it’s up to the payment gateway what to do with an order once the payment is labelled successful.

    What is the payment gateway you’re using? Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
